We use a third-party provider to deliver our monthly e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

We need the information you provide to contact you about our products and services.  DTE will only contact you if you have requested information, downloaded ebooks and guides from our website or blog, or your company has visited our website for product information.  We will only use your personal information to administer your account to provide products and services you requested from us, or expressed interest in. People who contact us via social media

We use third-party provider, Hubspot, to manage our social media interactions.  If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hubspot for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.



We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

In addition, we may disclose your personal information:

  1. to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
  2. in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings;
  3. in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);
