Dassault Systèmes has launched a new training scheme, the Education Partner Program+ (EPP+), which enables partners to train Dassault’s own customers such as JLR, BAE Systems or Spirit AeroSystems, in their regions. DTE has been selected to be part of this program and has accordingly been awarded a training badge of excellence by Dassault.
Commenting on the certification, Geoff Haines, managing director at DTE, said:
“As a company we are totally committed to Dassault Systèmes approach to improving customer training. The process to gain entry into the partner program was very stringent. We are now looking forward to working with many of Dassault’s named accounts to provide insight and education in relation to the wider capabilities of the solution portfolio.”
To meet the criteria set out by Dassault, all of DTE’s trainers had to take and pass relevant certification tests. DTE courses (CATIA V5, CATIA V6, 3DVIA) are trainer-led and include instruction and demonstration of all relevant commands and functionality. The exercises are structured and designed to ensure that the user has to think about how to employ the functionality and techniques taught. All courses are progressive so that skills can be enhanced to the highest levels in a systematic way.
