NCSimul and Manufacturing software
NCSimul Standard - 2 days
This course provides NC programmers with the necessary skills to use NCSimul for NC tape testing and optimisation, and to import information from CAD and CAM systems.
Skills: Areas covered include rough stock and machining programme simulation from 2 to 5 axis, NC tape optimisation.
Pre-requisites: Knowledge of CADCAM and Machining.
NCSimul Machine Builder - 1 day
This course teaches NCSimul users how to build virtual copies of their own machine tools and tool libraries within NCSimul.
Skills: Areas covered include building of tool libraries, building of machine CAD models and transfer of these into NCSimul.
Pre-requisites: Knowledge of CADCAM and Machining.
