In collaboration with our sister company Oxford Creativity we have worked with many companies to find innovative solutions to problems. These can be both design and manufacturing process problems.

Using the technique that has emerged from Russia in the last 20 years called TRIZ ( The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), which involves a systematic approach to defining problems, customers have been able to solve previously intractable problems. Customers have found their creativity levels have vastly improve, measured by the number of patents filed. Others have been able to strengthen their own IP development or have used the process to break competitors patents.

Our approach involves a combination of training and problem solving workshops, customised or developed to meet you needs and problem type. We can draw upon a range of skilled consultants in many fields to enhance the learning process or problem solving activity.
