The DTE Club is an exclusive members-only website for Desktop Engineering’s CADCheck customers. As a valued customer you will be provided with log-in details to access a resource centre that will offer you product information, video tutorials and hints and tips concerning the latest software releases of Dassault Systèmes and MSC Software.

In addition, The DTE Club contains a Marketplace section which will contain profiles of fellow CADCheck customers. We have created this area following anecdotal conversations with many of you.

We have received positive feedback about providing a facility that enables you to search for a particular skill-set or area of expertise. The search facility focuses on the USPs of our clients, and enables you to quickly find a fellow DTE customer that may be able to help you with a specific problem.

The DTE Club will be updated on a regular basis and will offer unique advice and information that is not available to our wider customer base. As a CADCheck customer you benefit from access to invaluable content which will hopefully help your business grow as we move forward together.

What is CADCheck?

CADCheck is a service from Desktop Engineering that enables you to overcome the problems associated with managing a complex PLM and engineering system, and instead concentrate on your core business. As engineers ourselves, we understand the challenges you face.

With that in mind we have developed CADCheck, a specialist engineering systems management service. The service operates on a contract basis so you can rest assured that your CAD and Engineering systems are managed properly so problems are eliminated before they even occur and that you are exploiting your system to the full.

CADCheck is just like having your own in-house CAD Systems Manager – but without adding to your headcount. As required, your CADCheck contract will take care of the management of all or any of your systems or software.

How CADCheck works:

• After an initial survey to determine your exact requirements, we will estimate the number of days’ service needed to bring your system right up to speed. Following the completion of any activities that are required, we will draw up the basis of your first contract

• As part of the contract you will be assigned your own System Manager who will effectively become part of your team. We only ever carry out work with your agreement, we always keep you informed and all activities are logged in detail and reported to you

• The amount of time that will be deducted, per site visit, from your CADCheck account for travelling time is dependent on your location

• The CADCheck service provides everything you need to manage your systems in a cost-effective and convenient way. As well as avoiding costly disasters, CADCheck helps ensure you are running and using your CAD and engineering system to its optimal potential
